The personal data we use in the recruitment process includes information such as: first and last name, age, sex, address, e-mail address, phone number, education and professional experience, professional abilities, photograph and other data included in the CV’s.
The personal data we use for marketing purposes contains information such as: first and last name, e-mail, phone number.
The sources we collect personal data from are: directly from the candidates, via references or recommendations or from publicly available and relevant sources such as recruitment platforms, professional networking and recruitment social media sites such as LinkedIN. Regardless of the source, we store no personal data without the consent of the person involved.
Personal data may be disclosed if required to do so by law, a court order or by a regulatory authority of competent jurisdiction or if we believe that such action is necessary to protect, defend or enforce the rights of our company. Some personal data may also be shared with our suppliers and contractors who deliver us specific professional services such as: accounting, legal services, marketing and IT and software.
We will process your personal data for the entire length of the recruitment process. Certain categories of data may be stored for longer periods of time if such data is necessary for us to meet our legal obligations and for tax and accounting purposes.
The rights you have in relation with the data we collect, process and store are:
- the right of access, rectification, erasure and portability of your personal data.
- the right to oppose and restrict the processing and storing of your personal data.
